The Budget Summary subpanel contains three subsections: Budget Periods, F&A, and Budget Reports.

Ø Budget Periods subsection displays a line for each budget period with columns for Start & Dates, Direct and Indirect Costs, Underrecovery, Cost Sharing, and Total Cost.

Ø F&A subsection displays a line for the applicable indirect costs, with a columns for Rate Type, On/Off Campus, Fiscal Year, Start Date, Institute Rate, and Applicable Rate.

Ø Budget Reports subsection provides the list of maintained budget reports that may be selected to print to review the budget details in the report format. The comments typed by the budget preparer may be included in the report header by checking the “Print Budget Comments” box before clicking the [print] button in the Action column.
