Optional. A unique identifier for the sponsor and the funding opportunity announcement (FOA) in the Catalog for Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA).

Science Foundation (NSF) indicating a field of research activity.

Adding a Sponsor ID and Prime Sponsor using the Sponsor Lookup on the Sponsor
Subsection:
When you click
to find and select a Sponsor ID
and Prime Sponsor, Streamlyne Research displays the Sponsor Lookup
screen:
Enter appropriate information in the search fields to find
the Sponsor ID or Prime Sponsor you need (or leave all the fields
blank to display all Sponsors), and then click
to display a list
of Sponsors. When you click search, Streamlyne Research displays the
Sponsor Lookup screen again, with the results of your search displayed
below the buttons:
Streamlyne Research displays the Sponsors that match your search below a statement about the number of items retrieved (how many items matched your search) and the number of items displayed.
In the search results list, click return value next to the Sponsor Code that you need, to enter the Sponsor ID or Prime Sponsor in the Sponsor subsection in the Details & Dates section.
When you click return value, Streamlyne Research displays the Streamlyne Research Award screen again with the selected Sponsor ID or Prime Sponsor number added to the Sponsor subsection:
