IACUC Alternate Search Database

The IACUC Alternate Search Database maintenance document is used to add or modify the list of databases an institute allows investigators to perform a search on. The IACUC investigators need to perform alternate database searches when they perform research on animals that causes  more than momentary pain and distress.

This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in the Three R’s page within the IACUC protocol.
