Type to enter up to 400 characters of text to explain the answer to the question, and use the expand text area icon as needed. |

Click the details button to view additional details related to each numbered question line. |

here, based on what is maintained in a separate maintenance
document. Questions may display conditional logic information
details under them in light gray text 
to specify the review
date.
Completion
Process
1. Complete the Answer column for each question by selecting from the available options.
2. Optionally, complete the Date and Explanation columns for each question as desired.
3. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.
View
1. Click the view button in the Actions column.
A new browser window pops up, which allows you to view additional information and complete details from the Question maintenance document.
