The Person Editable Field maintenance document is used to specify the field name used as a column in the person table that may be edited. When you want to maintain additional information about a person such as unique contact information this allows for flexible customization of what is standard. This maintenance document establishes which person details can be edited during the proposal development process. The editable person details appear on the Key Personnel page of the KC Proposal Development e-doc.

The Specify the Field Name section of the Person Table Editable Columns maintenance document is a unique section that allows you to specify and maintain the details associated with the reference table record in fields. The Specify the Field Name tab allows you to do just that – specify the field name – by selecting from the drop-down list (required) and indicating whether it is to be active or not.

Field Name |
Required. Specify the name of the field by selecting one from the drop-down list. Use the drop-down menu by clicking the down arrow to display the list, and then click on an item in the list to highlight and select it to populate the box with your selection. |
Active |
Select the check box if the field is to be active. Clear the check box if it is inactive. Active (checked) means the field will be editable in Proposal Development. Click within the checkbox to select the item. A check mark appears within the checkbox to indicate the item is selected. Click within the checkbox again to clear the mark and deselect the item. |
